descriPtion of the employer Kinstellar was formed in November 2008 from Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices of Linklaters. information about the traineeship Tasks The trainee will be required to provide support and cooperate with the team of our lawyers. We are looking for a candidate with whom we can vest confidence and complex tasks, such as putting together drafts of legal documents, legal research, preparation of legal analysis and participation in transactions (M&A, DD, etc). We are looking for people with excellent academic results and excellent English (TOEFL 110-120 equivalent) who are enthusiastic, open to challenges and have a thirst for working in an international environment. We offer interesting and challenging work for both local and international clients and modern, dynamic and friendly environment in the centre of Bratislava. We are flexible with dates and duration of the traineeship. We will be happy to see applications from undergraduates as well as graduates. For undergraduate students, we require at least 4 semesters of legal education completed. Net salary EUR 400 per month
