Wahl Coates Elementary School, Greenville, NC Student Teacher 2004-2005 Wahl Coates is located in the heart of Greenville, within walking distance from East Carolina University. This progressive elementary school serves more than 500 students and has achieved numerous state awards for student achievement. While working with the music teacher in a class of 15 students, I achieved the following: Tutored individual students to improve their singing on pitch Taught lessons on various woodwind and brass instruments Trained students to read and notate music Wellcome Middle School, Greenville, NC Tutor 2003-2004 Wellcome Middle school is located in rural Pitt County, and serves over 600 students.
