The Restaurant Management Program prepares students for entry-level supervisory and management positions in the food service industry. The curriculum offers training in hospitality business skills as well as practical training. The program includes off-campus experience as well as on-campus course work leading to the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Restaurant Management. A certificate program is also offered. The student planning to continue at a senior college should consult an advisor concering degree requirements of the college to which transfer is intended.
