Hello Robots, the year is really ending soon! I'd like to introduce your D31 LTG Elect, Madison Draper. I believe that she will lead you well and improve our division. I'm ready to pass on my Key Club baby to her as you officers should be doing as well, passing on your Key Club baby to the new elected officers. Terms aren't over yet, so remember to end this year strong. You are the representation of your clubs. I hope to see you all at the next DCM!

Important Dates and Notes! March 3rd & 4th – Soap Box The Kiwanis are holding their traditional soap box derby at Highwood Park. Volunteers are needed all day. Contact your president for more information.

March 4th – MRFs are due at 6:00 pm Monthly Report Forms are due February 4th the by 6:00PM Email to d31.cnhkc.ltg@gmail.com Subject line: SCHOOL MRF DEC File name: SCHOOL_MRF_2011-12 (Use school acronym.) Send to Donna, your club president, and advisors.

March 10th – Special Olympics Contact your president for more information. Hold a fun day for special ed. Students; it will make their day!

March 15th – Newsletters are due at 6:00 pm Editors Each club who has an editor should be making club newsletters. It does not have to be as elaborate as this one, but a page will do. If you need an example email Madison d31.techeditor@gmail.com And submit newsletters by the 15th of every month by 6:00PM. Are reactive so it should cover the previous month and have what you are going to do in the future. Submit these to Madison at the next deadline February 15th by 6:00PM. Articles and Visuals: Spread the word about what your club has been up to! Submit articles about the month, your favorite service event, brag a little ;D Also send in visuals (pictures) of your club events. Send them in with a little caption about the picture. Please submit these to d31.techeditor@gmail.com 5 Robo Points for each submission.

DCON Do you love key club? Do you want to learn more about it? Are you inspired by all the service? Then YOU should attend this year’s District Convention! This April 13th-15th in Santa Clara, CA DCON will be held. This year’s theme is BEElieve- In the Magic of

FUNDRAISE. Fundraise. Fundraise. FUNDRAISE. DCON is a very financial heavy event. This year it will cost at least $300. Officer elects are highly encouraged to attended, but it is not mandatory. Learn more about it here!

Service. At DCON you will vote for your district board, dance at the Governor’s Ball, and learn more about key club. Clubs that have worked especially hard this yearwill be recognized for their achievements.
