COMMUNITY IMPACT Crossland designed the office park to be a community cornerstone. With its traditional architecture and sustainable concrete tilt-up panel structure, the buildings will literally stand the test of time. Park construction included the design-build and finance of most of the tenant space improvements. It currently holds more than 25 tenants. We are proud to say that most tenants choose Crossland to design, construct, and finance their businesses. Four tenants have asked us to help relocate and expand their space due to business growth. That’s a win-win in our book!
INDUSTRIAL
The basis behind Prosper Business Park was investing in our communities and creating opportunities for other businesses to call our community home. It was a business incubator park that included 175,000 SF of energy-efficient, modern, flexible office space in its inception. Working alongside the Prosper Economic Development stakeholders, we attracted local, regional, and new start-up businesses to the park to establish a local presence and grow their companies. The park was at one-hundred percent occupancy by 2021.

1 SAVES TIME AND MONEY
Having accurate costs up front in the building process is vital to keeping your project in budget. Our field experience, combined with our long history of design-bid-build work, keeps us competitive and guarantees the best building for your construction dollar. Our trade-specific experience also allows for accurate, efficient, and dependable schedules. If a subcontractor falls behind or falls through, we can supplement with our

2 SETS QUALITY and safety STANDARDS
There are a lot of moving parts on a construction site. Having a builder who knows how to put the work in place goes a long way. We will make sure that everyone who steps foot on your project meets our quality and

3 OVERCOMES CHALLENGES
We work with design firms up front to help identify and avoid potential obstacles before construction even begins. However, undoubtedly there will be hurdles. Having a builder’s perspective when those challenges arise is important. Our team is known for making the impossible, possible. If

call us
sentimental In loving memory of our founder, Ivan “Red Iron” Crossland, Sr.
We had a unique start, which we think explains a lot about us. Ask any one of our 1,500+ employees what our founder, Ivan Crossland, Sr., stood for – every single one would say family, honesty, and hard work. Those values are engrained in everything we do.
our story Our story began in 1977 with our founder, the late Ivan Crossland, Sr., lovingly known as ‘Red Iron.’ He started Crossland Construction out of the family garage with a wife and ten kids at home. His optimism, integrity, work ethic, and grit led him to success in every endeavor. His story became the embodiment of the American dream, but more importantly, it continues to inspire us every day. Today, we are humbled by our continued growth over the years. Still family-owned and operated, we have expanded to four companies, nine office locations, and more than 1,500 dedicated employees, and rank in the top 100 construction firms in the nation. We continue to serve under Ivan Sr.’s belief that if you dream big, remain humble, and work hard – great things are possible.

We will earn your trust by providing accurate, reliable information and ideas throughout the building process.
We know that a profitable business starts well before the grand opening. You likely have a road map to profitability for every step – with just about every dollar – accounted for. But none of that matters if your construction company can’t keep up.
TEXAS OFFICE 731 Industry Way Prosper, TX 75078 p 972-347-5659
That’s why we’re committed to meeting every timeline and budget, so our clients are just as ready for move-in day as they are for their first six months in business. We take a partnership approach from the beginning of each partnership – offering constructability advice while protecting the vision of our clients and the design team. With more than 1,500 employees company-wide, the ability to selfperform important project scopes, and an $80 million equipment fleet – we have the capacity, resources, and experience to lead multifamily projects with confidence—and we will do it safely. Our safety ratings remain consistently well below the industry average because we focus on the safety of every person who enters our job sites. Additionally, lower safety numbers mean lower insurance rates. We appreciate this opportunity and look forward to learning more about your plans.
