Metus Ingest is a MultiChannel, MultiFormat recording solution that can be used for Broadcasting, Media Monitoring, Public Relations and Security applications. The ability to be controlled remotely, simultaneous multi channel recording, scheduled record tasks make Metus Ingest a perfect tool for all kinds of ingesting automation projects. Several recorders with different specifications can be created inside Metus Ingest. Each recorder can be associated with a different video board, several recording formats can be set, and storage management adjustments can be made. All the recorders work independently and all can have different settings. Each recorder can be connected to a single video source. But because of the ability of creating multiple profiles in a recorder, a single source can be recorded in different formats and quality settings.
