CITY OF ENID, OKLAHOMA

June 2017

Thoughts from Jerald Gilbert, City Manager “Get outside and play!” Most likely you heard these words of wisdom as a child. Opportunities for outdoor play abound for kids and adults alike this summer in Enid. The City of Enid employees have been busy preparing and renovating our park and recreation areas. Staff is working diligently to keep park areas mowed: the Champlin pool has a new coat of paint and the splash pads are up and running. Our popular walking trails are groomed for foot traffic and our many ball fields received new bench seating and infield dirt. Enjoy your summer and, please “get outside and play”!

–Jerald Gilbert
