Post Natal Programs Post natal fitness programs help to ease new moms into a healthy and vibrant physical fitness routine with your babies. All instructors have specialized pre and post natal training. Please ensure you have a minimum of 6 weeks post natal or have the green light from your doctor depending on the specifics of your delivery. Dads – you are welcome to join too!

Fitness and fun for mom and baby! Ease back into fitness and introduce your baby to the water. The instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of cardio and muscular endurance while incorporating your baby. As a new Mom or Dad, you’ll get a workout while having a splash with your baby. This innovative gentle class incorporates baby into Pilates mat exercises for added weight resistance, awareness and bonding. Improve focus and flexibility, posture and body awareness while strengthening your pelvic floor, abdominals and back muscles.
