FULL & SPOT FLEXO VARNISHING Flexo varnishing unit with gearless system is available in rotary and semi-rotary mode completely controlled by servo. Equipped with devices that ease operator’s work applying and replacing cliché. Moreover, the unit has CARTES software able to manage printing cliché distorsion (IDS). IMAGE DISTORTION SYSTEM (IDS) The software allows to automatically adapt clichés created for cylinders of different development, just taping on display value of such development (function available for semi-rotary unit). Moreover, system permits to narrow up 20% the original length of cliché without changing interspace between them.

SEMI-ROTARY DIE-CUTTING Cartes semi-rotary die-cutting unit with gearless system permits functioning in rotary and semi-rotary mode. Completely controlled by servo and equipped with devices that ease the operator’s work guarantees application and replacement of the flexible die in a few seconds thanks to user-friendly top cover opening for easy cylinder access. CARTES AGS System makes possible operations on die thickness (also during production phase) without compensating pressure applied on magnetic cylinder. AIR GAP SYSTEM (AGS) The innovative AIR GAP SYSTEM, let the operator regulate with absolute precision the distance between the die and the anvil cylinder, checking the cutting depth with extreme accuracy. Setting up the die thickness from 0.2 mm to 2 mm and liner thickness, become very easy to get a perfect die-cutting from the first cycle, even using old worn dies. This not only avoids material wasting but also possible breaking of the die caused by wrong adjustment. IMAGE DISTORTION SYSTEM (IDS) The sofware makes possible to automatically adapt dies created for cylinder of different development. Moreover, the software can widen or narrow up to 20% respect to original length of flexible die without changing interspace. Thanks to this distortion it is possible to obtain a wider range of shapes with no need to buy and store new dies.
LASER CONVERTING CARTES LASER die-cutting unit is the only existing on the market with unlimited lifetime & Semi-sealed速 source that guarantees constant power and cutting quality along the time, minimizing the management and the maintenance costs. Thanks to the Radio Frequency Laser power control the machine can achieve the maximum performance as it is possible to process in a single cycle: any shape die-cutting & cut-throught, micro perforation, engraving, progressive and regressive numbering. All these jobs are digitally programmable in order to get products of the highest value in real time. The Laser die-cutting unit is available in SINGLE or DUAL versions, of 250 W or 350 W, and suitable for paper & films and is the most eclectic die-cutting techinque on the market. With innovative Cartes Laser Cutting System (ILC速) is possible to die-cut printing labels with dark backgrounds without white edge. Thanks to ILC速 System no more limits in working with linerless (films too) or few micron materials, such as IML.
