Die groep tennisspelers van Laerskool Dagbreek sal binnekort almal in die finale speel in hul onderskeie ligas. Onder: Laerskool Dagbreek se skaakspelers gaan op 21 Oktober in Lichtenburg aan die Super 8 skaakkompetisie deelneem.
Laerskool Dagbreek het onlangs begin om gholf by hulle skool aan te bied. Hierdie span oefen een keer ‘n week en speel een keer ‘n maand teen Laerskool Fochville. Die span is van voor Okert Britz, Johan Mano, Dewan van der Merwe en Julian Strauss. In die middel is Chris-Paul Koegelenberg, Adriaan Ball, Frederick Strydom en Divan Koen. Agter is Brendan van der Merwe, Nelius Breytenbach, Divan Geere en Jan-Hendrik Hendricks.
SunĂŠ Lewwiton van Laerskool Dagbreek het tydens die kunstefees die trofeĂŤ ontvang vir die beste Afrikaanse presteerder sowel as die beste Afrikaans en Engels onvoorbereide lees. By haar is Caitlin Doran en Shelby van der Sandt, wat gesamentlik die trofee vir die beste Engels eerstetaal van graad 1 tot 3 gewen het. Shelby het ook die trofeĂŤ vir die beste algehele presteerder in Afrikaans tweede taal graad 1 tot 3 gewen.

UNDERGROUND PLATER The successful candidate must be in possession of a Grade 12 or equivalent and a relevant Trade Test certificate. He/she must be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Gold Fields Occupational Health Centre. Duties and responsibilities include: s Repairing, constructing and installing pipes, box fronts and tips s Being appointed under regulation 2.9.2 of the Mineral Act and applicable regulation to the Mine Health and Safety Act s Provide discipline in the section s Providing and maintaining a safe environment with minimum risk to health and safety of employees in the section.
