BSO Law & Taxes Office specializes in complex legal assistance for Polish and foreign entrepreneurs. We introduce investors into Polish market (Greenfield, M&A), we serve current activities of enterprises, work out concepts and accompany in the realization of Polish and cross-border projects. A specific group of our Mandates is made by the companies originating from, connected or co-operating with German-speaking countries, mostly with Germany and Austria. Besides Polish and German we also serve our clients in English and Italian. BSO legal advisers, attorneys and tax advisers closely co-operate with investment advisers, statutory auditors, and experts. It allows us to adjust ourselves to individual expectations of our Mandates and give them complex solutions. BSO Law & Taxes offices are presently located in Wrocław and Gdynia and partners’ offices, with which we closely co-operate, in Berlin, Łódź and Warszawa.
