FRESH FOCUS AHEAD FOR RED ANGUS JUNIOR MEMBERS “It is an exciting time to be a member of the Junior Red Angus Association of America. Across the nation, we have seen unprecedented growth in the interest in Red Angus genetics and growth in our organization. Now is the time to get involved and take advantage of the opportunities to prepare yourself to impact the future.

Whether on the local, state or national level, seize the opportunities to get connected in the organization and reap the benefits of being "Red Right Now.”

Five Strategic Focus Areas of the Board: As a board, we strategically focus on the following areas to improve and maximize your membership experience.

•State Leadership Relations – Establishing communication with state advisors, junior presidents, and state representatives. •Fund Development – Generating funding to support junior opportunities and sponsorships. •External Partner Development – Building relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. •Member Engagement – Improving strategies for increasing JRA member participation and input. •Commercial Member Development – Establishing methods for commercial producer engagement.
