Approval is good for 2 weeks Posters for ASI programs can be laminated, approved & distributed by the ASI Street Team
STAKING 11”x17” posters must be approved by SLD Cannot exceed 25 for any one event Posters cannot exceed 17”x22” Posters may be placed on grassy areas Cannot be over three feet from the ground Stakes cannot be longer than 36 inches Do not place stakes in the following areas: Flower beds, Any where that interferes with irrigation system West Turnaround islands Hillside next to USU escalator Or in a manner that blocks a walkway, driveway or street Posters may be placed 7 days prior to the event & must be
removed within 3 days following the event

WEST PATIO SHOWCASES Maximum size: 24”x36” Highest foot traffic location Six available display cases First display case is reserved for Program Council’s $2 Movie
2ND FLOOR LOBBY Maximum size: Has lights for visibility 2nd highest foot traffic location ASI/Maxon Center is not responsible for items placed in display case
