The ATS team now covers broader aspects of the farm business beyond simple farm supplies, to include fuel requirements, electricity, membership needs, fertiliser and seed supplies. To match these far broader farm business demands, ATS’s Customer Service team undergo continuous training to gain knowledge to meet an ever-widening level of farm business needs. “This is an exciting new phase for ATS as we move to further improve the experience our valued members have with their co-op,” Customer Service Manager Lauren Sandrey believes. Regardless of whether customers are calling, texting or emailing the Customer Service Centre, the team has the knowledge to help with even the most complex queries, thanks to their collective backgrounds within the sheep, beef, arable and dairy industries. “Our Account Managers in the Customer Service team are ‘the voice for our members’. We work for you to ensure we are providing up to date, accurate information and we are getting the best deal for you.”

“We are equipped to answer any query, from simple card issues through to meeting your on-farm seasonal requirements, including gathering product information and providing quotes. We aim to meet your on-farm needs in a timely manner – order processing for collection, on-farm deliveries or promotional campaigns are all well within the team’s experience.” With the regular deluge of new and innovative products being offered to farmers, the account managers can take the hard work out of filtering the information to meet your needs and your specific farm businesses. “Being independent we can determine factually what is best, rather than basing any decision on opinion. Doing the homework for our members helps eliminate some stress, particularly at busy times of the year.” The Customer Service team is focussed on ultimately making the ATS experience easier, more streamlined and more user-friendly for all our ATS members. “We understand how busy farmers are.
