4-Day opening super Weekend HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY! FRINGE WORLD kicks off on Friday 24 Jan with four packed days and nights of free and fun entertainment. It’s a chance to come in and get a big serving of Fringe with over 20 different shows happening throughout the Perth Cultural Centre and at our new Northbridge site, The Pleasure Garden in Russell Square. Various other Fringe venues will also start their seasons on the weekend and there’ll be the hugely popular $5 RushTix available for many shows so you can go on a Fringe Binge.

There will be a variety of family friendly activities and fun events taking place from the early afternoon into the evening including Crafternoon, special screenings on the Perth Cultural Centre Screen, Silent Disco, the debut of the new Lotterywest Mermaid Tales and Pirate Sails show, a special Kids Tea Party with songstress Felicity Groom in The West Australian Spiegeltent at The Pleasure Garden and special evening performances in the Urban Orchard.
