I have been an engineer for 39 years. 4moms is the ninth company I have worked for. I have been here about a month. I have never felt more welcome anywhere before. I have never encountered a more enjoyable group of people to work with. There is no pretense here.
THERE ARE NO COMPANY POLITICS. THERE IS JUST HONESTY. HOW REFRESHING! In our company literature we say that we stand for Innovation, Passion, and People. After just a month here, it is obvious to me that these really are the principles that 4moms embraces every day. Awesome is a word that gets used a lot here. It is not an exaggeration or a cliché. It is just the way we do things. In designing products at 4moms, if it isn’t awesome, it’s not good enough. 4moms is awesome!
