Nathan Matwijec Affiliate Broker, REALTOR®

Credentials: A Nashville native, and previously a corporate finance and marketing professional, Nathan Matwijec (pronounced “Ma-twee-jick”) is an Affiliate Broker with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty. His previous professional experiences include corporate equipment financing and marketing, as well as international banking and lending. In 2012, Nathan decided to pursue a lifelong passion of working in the real estate industry, from both a brokerage and an investment standpoint. His previous professional experiences provide a valuable skill set available to his clientele including financial expertise and mortgage knowledge, evaluating real estate as investment thesis, marketing on local and national levels, as well as innate communication and people service skills. Nathan is a founding member of The Matwijec Stinson Group, a real estate team that collectively contributed to more than 250 property conveyances resulting in $200,000,000+ since 2020. Credentials: A Nashville native, and previously a corporate finance / program management professional, Mike Matwijec (pronounced “Ma-twee-jick”) is an affiliate broker with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty. His previous professional experiences include a wide range of corporate finance and program management positions with Lockheed Martin Corp. Mike has also worked as a chief financial officer for small start-up companies on multiple occasions. In 2013, Mike decided to pursue working in the real estate industry full time, from both a brokerage and an investing standpoint. Credentials: McLean started his career in 2009 for a healthcare company in downtown Nashville and it led to him working in a major rehabilitation hospital in New Jersey. However, after several successful and enjoyable real estate transactions, he decided to pursue real estate as a profession. He earned an Affiliate Broker license in 2012 while working in healthcare and earned a Tennessee Broker license in 2016. His professional designations include: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), e-PRO® and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Today, he is a member of The Matwijec Stinson Group, a real estate team that collectively contributed to more than 250 property conveyances resulting in $200,000,000+ since 2020. Credentials: Catherine is a Nashville native and previously a corporate finance/ marketing professional at a large corporate equipment financing company. In 2017, Catherine decided to pursue her life long passion of assisting clients to find their perfect home and create a great investment in the middle Tennessee real estate industry. Along with their daughters Anna Clare, Rory, and Ryan, they enjoy spending time on their small farm in Brentwood with their two horses and dog. Catherine is an avid equestrian and enjoys training her horses. They also enjoy traveling and backpacking wherever they can find an adventure.

Credentials: Recently retired, Mary still jumps at the chance to help the team in any way she can. Mary’s primary focus has always been to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams. Prior to joining Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty in 2000 she enjoyed a variety of professions that equipped her to excel in her present real estate career including: Delta Airlines flight attendant, travel agent, parent to parent facilitator, investor, and private business owner.
