ou r m is sion The mission of the Williams College of Business is, “To educate students of business, enabling them to improve organizations and society, consistent with the Jesuit tradition.” As a result, Xavier MBA graduates lead, think and strategize while taking into consideration the ethnic, moral and global impact of business decisions. This is accomplished through a Xavier experience that encompasses student-focused teaching, immediately applicable, timely curricula and student-centered services—in essence, cura personalis, or care for the whole person—the foundation of the Jesuit philosophy.

Karthikeyan Ganeshan | MBA 2009 “I have evolved in this program. In addition to gaining general business knowledge, I have upgraded my strategic and system skills, improved my ability to manage the decisionmaking process and created an awareness to think more globally and innovatively.”
