Through a series of unique business development opportunities, Jordan pitched a new waffle idea to Kellogg and a new wine brand to Michigan’s beverage industry. He’s now using that rich experience in his new tech job selling a cloud data platform.

The unique opportunity to shadow state leaders while experiencing the inner workings of government firsthand was the perfect career springboard for Immaculata. Capitalizing on the political science department’s vast network of participating legislators, she secured an internship and was later hired as a legislative aide for Michigan Sen. Sean McCann.
High-profile industry and networking opportunities
Western’s fashion industry partnerships offered Samantha a rare experiencedriven learning opportunity, introducing her to the multitrillion-dollar global apparel industry. Meeting industry insiders and making vital connections at the iconic New York Fashion Week empowered her to land a job at L’Oréal.

After confirming your admission and paying your enrollment deposit, register for orientation. All incoming domestic undergraduate students are required to participate in orientation, during which you will meet with an advisor who will assist you in registering for classes.
Be sure to complete the pre-advising survey after you register for orientation. Your academic advisor will use the information you provide in the survey to assist with your course registration.
