Our rentals department have had a record breaking month again in October. The new business department has seen many investors wanting to maximise their returns and ensure their investments are in safe hands with Wiseberry. Our tenancy team have smashed their leased properties record – in the space of one week they leased 16 properties, and for the month they are on track to break their record number of leased properties in a month. This is a credit to the entire team, because their team work and strict application process allows them to source the very best tenant for these properties. The great thing here is that due to demand being so high, the supply is dwindling, and therefore rent prices achieved are increasing for each of our landlords.

Bobbi Jo fundraiser night Our team has recently been a part of a major fundraiser with the Wiseberry Group. The Wiseberry Group have 2 children who are in need, Tristan who lost his leg at 3 years old due to an unfortunate ride on lawnmower accident, and the beautiful Bobbi Jo who
at 18 months old was diagnosed with RETS syndrome which has left her with some severe medical conditions. Tristan was in need of a new prosthetic leg and Bobbi Jo had outgrown her wheelchair and the cost of a new one was up to $30,000. Our team decided to dig deep to help the kids out! We held a team BBQ on the October Long weekend – kicking off at 6am and finishing around 10am with a sausage sizzle, bacon and egg sandwiches, soft drinks, coffees and a donation tin. We also had a special appearance from the Kanwal Warnervale Rovers Bull called George after our very own George Butcher, a life member of the Kanwal club. The day was a huge success and we then backed this up with the whole Wiseberry Group for a benefit night with over $65,000 raised from both events. An amazing achievement.
