The market in all categories is really moving. Things are great and if you want to buy then you have competition. Now into its third decade, the Awards for Excellence is the most prestigious and respected industry awards in NSW and recognises the best, bravest and brightest work across the industry.

In the month of November, we raised $2,750 for Gorokan Public School donating $50 from every sold property. Wiseberry Real Estate ran a Sold Sticker Design Competition that was open to 29 local primary schools on the Central Coast. The winning design (Miley from 5F at Gorokan Public School) received a Treetops Adventure pass for her and 9 friends with her design used throughout the month of November on all properties sold across our Charmhaven and Gorokan Offices. Training: Thank you to industry leaders for participating in team training this month: Thomas Le Hoang, Kylie Maxwelll and Fiona Blayney. These big names with huge bonus to our team who work hard and train harder to be ready for their customer and clients. Their sharing of their knowledge is refreshing and we are grateful for it.

OUR BEACHES Bateau Bay Beach (unpatrolled) The curving beach faces southeast, but is protected from waves and wind by two prominent headlands and extensive rock platforms and reefs. Not recommended for surfers but great for snorkelling. Blue Lagoon (unpatrolled) Blue Lagoon is a placid lagoon-type beach protected by a rock reef that extends immediately south of Shelly Beach. Blue Lagoon in contrast is a relatively quiet beach under normal conditions, and is patrolled by lifesavers from Shelly Beach. Shelly Beach Shelly Beach continues to the east and is a sand beach bordered by rocks and reefs to the west and has lovely picnic spots. Usually has low waves close to shore, but for surfing can produce a good left off the shoals in toward The Entrance. Toowoon Bay Toowoon Bay is a larger version of its neighbour Blue Bay to which it is connected. Best access is from the southern end where there is a park, caravan park, boat ramp and the Toowoon Bay SLSC. The Entrance Beach With two rock pools on the southern rock platform, the beach continues south.Between the flags while the reefs and entrance sand bars are popular spots. North Entrance Beach / Pelican Beach The beach consists of three parts, The very northern Pelican beach, partly sheltered by reefs off Pelican Point; the longer exposed Tuggerah Beach, and the southern North Entrance beach that receives some protection from reefs

extending off the entrance to Tuggerah Lake. The patrolled area at Entrance North offers the best location for swimming. Soldiers Beach Soldiers Beach, a popular swimming and surfing beach. This is a rip-dominated beache, with strong permanent rips against the rocks. Only swim when patrolled and between the flags. For surfers, the northern part of Soldiers Point provides a reasonable left over the reef, while down the beach waves break on the bars into the deep rip channels, with a bigger right off the southern rocks called Sunset. Lakes Beach / Budgewoi Beach Starting at Lakes beach where you will find amenities and a kiosk and The Lakes SLSC. Heading north you will come to Budgewoi Beach which is dog friendly and futher along you will find Birdie Beach. Frazer Beach Fraser Beach is a popular 400 m long sandy beach that occupies a valley drained by Bongon Creek and Lagoon. Fraser is a popular surfing beach with usually a reasonable beach break and afforded some protection from summer northeasterlies. Catherine Hill Bay Occupied by two sandy beaches also known as Middle Camp Beach, and backed by two valleys, the northern drained by Middle Gamp Gully which flows across the northern end, with a smaller creek flowing out towards the southern end. Swimming is best in the south between the flags. For the surfers, the large rips and bars up the northern end usually have a wave, with the right conditions holding good breaks up to 2m. SUPPORTING OUR 30 LOCAL COASTIE PRIMARY SCHOOLS. During 2020 we realised that our schools were having a tough time fundraising due to COVID restrictions. Wiseberry decided we could help out our local schools and in October, launched a design competition inviting 30 local primary schools and their 15,000 students to redesign our sold sticker to be used throughout the month of November. We had 10,000 entries come in over the course of a week and from there we had the hard task of choosing 6 finalists. The winner was decided by online voting with over 3000 public votes coming in. Miley from 5F at Gorokan Public School took out the top prize, receiving Treetops vouchers for her and 9 mates. Her design was used throughout the month of November. Her school, Gorokan Public School, received $50 every time one of her designs was used throughout November with a sale through our Charmhaven and Gorokan offices. With a total of 55 properties sold, this talented young lady was responsible for her school receiving $2,750. We are now looking forward to running this competition each year
