The stage was set and we went one day at a time being the very best we could be. 20 years on and our little 3 person operation in 1 office which has now expanded and includes 26 sales agents, 16 property managers, 16 admin staff and 2 in our marketing department looking after our 4 offices to make sure the needs of our past and present clients are met.

Central Coast’s first home grown Australian Business Champions. At the recent Australian Small Business Champion Awards night at the Westin in Sydney, over 1000 business people from all over the country gathered for the “Logies” in small business. Each category was highly sought with the Real Estate category having a total of 19 finalists. Wiseberry Heritage, Wiseberry Charmhaven and Wiseberry Wyong were all under one banner as the Best Real Estate Agency in Australia, and whilst we have been the NSW champions 5 times, and have been an Australian Finalist 5 times.

This year we are on target for 850 plus sales and we manage over 1100 properties for our landlords, it’s an exciting year for us as our departments have set scary goals to be achieved and all of them have a KPI (key performance indicators) of customer satisfaction excellence. To be Australia’s Best Real Estate Agency for 2014 is an amazing feat and we are looking to become even stronger the same way we have for the last 20 years, one day at a time.
