Patient Accounts and Billing You may need to pay for some of the health care services that you receive at UHN. As best as possible, we let you know about any costs before and discuss your payment options with you. Tell your health care team what your OHIP coverage is and if you have any extra insurance coverage. You can pay your account: • On the UHN website: Go to www.uhn.ca, then type “pay your account” in the search box. Click “pay online”. • Through your myUHN Patient Portal account: Log in then click the menu and look for "billing summary". Click "view account", then "pay now" and enter your credit card information. • As a guest at myUHN Patient Portal: With your hospital account statement ready, visit www.myUHN.ca. Click the "pay as guest" button (below the sign in) and follow the instructions. You can find the Guarantor last name and Guarantor ID on the hospital account statement. • By mail: Send your payment to: Accounts Receivable UHN 200 Elizabeth Street Toronto, ON MSG 2C4 • In person: Go to a UHN Cash Office. You may pay by cash, debit or credit card. The Cash Office is open from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Ask the Information Desk or a member of your health care team for the Cash Office location nearest you. • Through online or telephone banking: Select “University Health Network” and enter your MRN or SAR from your invoice.
