Who can I speak to if my rights are not respected? Call Patient Relations at 416 340 4907 or email PatientRelations@uhn.ca if you have concerns about your experience based on your race, disability, gender, sex or orientation while receiving care at UHN. You may also find it helpful to speak with an ethicist (page 32) or the Indigenous Health Program (page 34).
Single-stall washrooms There are single-stall washrooms at each hospital site. Main floor locations include: • Princess Margaret: Main floor, beside the Security office • Toronto General: 1st Floor, Eaton South building, room 1ES455 • Toronto Rehab - University Centre: 1st Floor, near the East elevators • Toronto Western: Main Floor, near the Krembil elevators Ask your health care team or the Information Desk for more locations. Note: You have the right to use the washroom that matches your gender identity. No one is required to use a single-stall washroom.
