Personal Banker DUTIES
The Personal Banker role requires an individual with a strong desire to engage customers in conversations in order to build relationships and promote InFirst Bank products and services. Personal Bankers will open deposit accounts, handle teller transactions, resolve customer service issues, and gather documents for retail loans. The Personal Banker role normally requires 2 or more years in retail banking or sales and customer service experience. Preferred candidates will have proficient interpersonal, communicative and sales skills; a comprehensive knowledge of bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; working knowledge of bank consumer and business products and services, along with the operating policies and procedures that impact these products; experience with non-real estate (unsecured, auto, and share type) loans, though, having experience with real estate secured loans are considered a plus. High School diploma or equivalent is required. InFirst Bank is an EOE.

Leadership programs Now acceptiNg appLicatioNs
Approximately 20 professionals will begin their 9-month leadership development journey in September 2024. Each monthly session will have a particular focus and will be held at various locations around the county. Team projects will positively impact the community and reinforce facilitative leadership skills. The application deadline is May 26, 2024. The cost is $1500 for Chamber members. Included are monthly session materials and lunch, access to Westmoreland County Leaders from a number of disciplines, on-site, behind the scenes access to select County companies and key leaders and a graduation lunch.

The Academy is open to all Westmoreland County students who will be freshmen, sophomores, juniors or seniors in September 2024 with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. The cost is $175 and includes transportation to County locations, daily light breakfast, box lunch and snacks and all materials.
