Gift Aid Gift Aid is a government scheme, for UK tax payers, to encourage charitable giving. For every pound donated to the West Cliff Theatre, we will receive an extra 25p from HMRC helping donations go much further. Higher rate tax payers may also be able to reclaim additional tax. Your donation could make a huge difference to the theatre’s future, and it won’t cost you a penny! For detailed information about Gift Aid please visit www.hmrc.gov.uk/individuals/giving

If you would like to support the theatre in this way, please collect a form from the Box Office or telephone 01255 43 33 44 and we will send you one with pleasure. Alternatively, you can download a form from our website. You need only fill in the form once, and this will cover all future donations until you notify us otherwise.

BOOKING FEE

A booking fee of £1 will apply on all ticket sales and reservations made online, over the phone or in person, whether paying by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Prices that are displayed in this brochure include this fee. Why do we need to charge a booking fee? Since the loss of our Council grant, and in order to provide you with the best entertainment possible, we need to charge a booking fee to secure our share of the ticket income.

Charging a booking fee ensures that 100% of this extra revenue comes to the theatre. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the West Cliff Theatre.

CONCESSIONARY TICKETS

Concessionary tickets are available for patrons over 60 years and children under 16 years on some shows. See show pricing to see if this is applicable.

GROUPS

Special Group rates for a party of 10 or more are available for some shows. Please call or email our box office for further information.

POSTAGE

Patrons who require their tickets to be posted should send a SAE. Alternatively we can post your tickets for £1.00 postage & handling charge.

RESALE

We will try to resell tickets that cannot be used, however this will only be possible in the event that we are sold out.

On average, we receive less than 20% of the ticket price for the shows that you see at the West Cliff, with the majority of the ticket price going to the artists, producers and promoters.
