Ticketing – Purchase Options 1. Advanced Ticket Request – complete and not specific to Australian sessions 2. Follow My Team (FMT) Packages • 2 x tickets for each prelim game (5 x sessions men & 3 sessions women) • 5 x tickets for each final game (3 x sessions men & women) • Australian sessions only • Approx Costs • Prelim Package R$250 (1 ticket to each of the prelim sessions) • Finals Package R$1180 (1 ticket to each of the finals sessions) 3. AOC Athletes Family & Friends (AF&F) Package • 2 x tickets per each prelim game (5 x sessions men & 3 sessions women) • 2 x tickets per each final game (3 x sessions men & women) • Australian sessions only • Cost TBD but assume similar to above costs
Ticketing – Ordering Process & Collection Ordering 1. Advanced Request Forms completed and sent to WPA – final invoices paid 2. FMT and AF&F Request form to be completed and sent to WPA (January 2016) • Advanced ticket requests taken into consideration (where relevant) 3. WPA communicate amongst group what is left unallocated after confirming with athlete and FNF 4. Final requests recorded awaiting final selection of teams 5. WPA confirm ticket needs and circulate invoices for payment prior to Rio (July) Collection • Advanced ticket offer prior to Rio through CoSport – awaiting confirmation of date or location, etc • FMT & AF&F Packages – Prelim: Men - 5th August & Women - 8th August • FMT & AF&F Finals: Evening prior to or morning of game • Location: The Edge (Espaco Rio) or Alternative location either opposite Olympic precinct and Maria Lenk or Copacabana CoSport office
