From introductions followed. Partnership Business Program News: CK, SJVCEO, tried to briefly go over some of the regulatory updates from the proposed decision as well as IOU business plans. She let all partners know that the CPUC is making decisions on how they would like the IOU’s to direct EE programs. 60% of IOU EE portfolios will have to go out to bid by 2020. She stated that SJVCEO is meeting with those 3P’s that are interested in the work as a vetting process. SJVCEO wants to make sure that the area is still receiving its services and that the companies are trust worthy. All partners agreed that they like the idea of SJVCEO vetting those contractors that come into the area for EE work. CK, SJVCEO, gave a brief update on energy benchmarking delays/system news. She stated that SJVCEO is still awaiting a few changes from the IOU’s on systems before things can get into the swing of things.
