Topic Welcome Site Logistics, Introductions, Agenda Overview Samantha Dodero, SJVCEO, welcomed everyone who was in attendance. Brief introductions then followed. Business Items 1. Report out on past action items SD, SJVCEO, went over action items from the last in-person meeting. Tulare County was to check-in on the status of the SoCal Gas audits. Carrie Amador, Tulare County, stated that her managers are meeting with Engie today and she will check in on the status as some of the items outline in the SCG audit were included in Engie’s proposal. If needed SJVCEO will coordinate a call with all parties. (i.e. SCG, SCE and Engie) 2.

Upcoming events: City of Woodlake ELP presentation, (12/09/19); VIEW the Success! Luncheon (1/16/20) SD, SJVCEO, stated VIEW is planning to present the City of Woodlake with their Platinum tier award on 12/9 at city council. Also, everyone should have received the save the date for the VIEW the Success! Luncheon on 1/16/20. Formal invitations for elected officials to follow in the coming weeks.

IOU Highlight 1. Final SCE meeting, thank you SCE for 10 amazing years of Partnership! SD, SJVCEO, touched upon the changes that will be happening at the end of 2019. All partners are aware of the changes from communications that went out. We are very thankful for the support that SCE has given the partnership over the last 10 years. Though SCE will not be funding the partnership activities SCE reps will still be there in same capacity as they are now. Stay tuned for those partners that are SCE. 2.

Updates from SCG Jeff Lawler and Paulo Morias, SCG, went over a few brief updates on programs and items for 2020. Program opportunities include SCG’s HOPPS program which is done in conjunction with SCE with a few changes in parameters. Changes include no bundling of meters as well as an expected 20% therm savings. More information to follow by email. Items for 2020 included SCG will still be funding the VIEW partnership along with PG&E. All items will stay the same until IOU changes roll out in 2021. Stay tuned for updates.

Updates from PGE No PG&E representative was in attendance. SD, SJVCEO, gave a brief update on the NMEC program changes. Buildings with 25,000 sq. ft. are now eligible for the program down from 50,000 sq. ft. All other PG&E updates to be sent by email.

Municipal Energy Savings—Project Review Roundtable Attachment #2 highlighted the PG&E Direct Install Staples Report. Over the last few months there was no work installed. No other updates. ME&O Report 1. EUC TOU SD, SJVCEO, gave partners a brief update on activities and what 2020 holds in store. TOU was highlighted at the fall events held in September and October. There have not been any additional school presentations after August of this year. SJVCEO also applied for TOU and EE funding from EUC. We will be notified of the award in the coming months. 2.

2019 Event Reports VIEW took part in 6 fall events in Kings and Tulare Counties. All were very well attended, and the community appreciates when we are in attendance.
