San Joaquin Valley Partnership Program January 2016 Focus: San Joaquin Valley kWh and peak kW reductions This Month’s Major Accomplishments: • Implementing Partner participated in the Rural Hard to Reach (RHTR) meetings and working group coordination. • SJVCEO Executive Director Courtney Kalashian met with Greg Haney from SCE to discuss rural implementation issues. • SJVCEO Program Administrator Sarah Farell continues work to update Energy Star Portfolio Manager accounts; many have SCG data gaps. Ms. Farell completed all benchmarking for the County of Kings. • SJVCEO Program Administrator Samantha Dodero completed Kill-­‐A-­‐Watt Krackdown outreach and worked with City of Tulare to be a champion for the program. • The annual VIEW! the Success luncheon was held on January 21, 2016 at the Vintage Press in Visalia; the Partnership recognized the City of Visalia for reaching Gold and the City of Farmersville for reaching Silver. • Implementing Partner began plans for City of Visalia Earth Day 2016 event participation. • Implementing Partner participated in Peer-­‐to-­‐Peer meetings and correspondence. • Implementing Partner worked with the City of Farmersville to meet all requirements to move the City to Gold in 2016.
