Agenda: Topic Welcome Courtney Kalashian, SJVCEO, opened the call and introductions were made. OPERATIONS Requested Updates 1. Input on working with an ESCO (i.e. ClimaTec and Opterra) good bad and indifferent 2.

SCE Benchmarking Requirements Update City’s interested in working on this item will have to have the property deed of the facilities in order to commence benchmarking their facilities. Information: Benchmarking Policy info CLICK HERE. Since the recent update to the Benchmarking, two major items are needed in order to receive approval to commence the Benchmarking process: City would need to provide proof of ownership of facility Benchmarking process will need to be done via the new online portal. A few scenarios were brought up to help adjust the policy in order to help lay out the implementation for Benchmarking. They scenarios are as follows: Change requirements to show proof of ownership Remove “ownership requirement” Adjust the SOW Next Steps: Decision of CPUC (Redefine what is needed to provide / include for Benchmarking Webinar Jake to coordinate a Webinar and would follow up with P2P members on date / time. If there is any interest in this Benchmarking Webinar Update, contact Jake Anderson at janderson@energycoalition.org Action Item: Possible item to have at the upcoming All Partners meeting to further identify best routes to take and implement for Benchmarking.

Direct Install Contractors and Scheduling


Currently, there are some Partnerships who are having some trouble with the scheduling / audit process for DI in both the Commercial and Municipality side. Some issues that have been brought up include: Delay in installation of identified energy measures, communication issues, and scheduling of member cities to receive audit. Some members mentioned that it would be beneficial to obtain regular updates to DI on measures identified and installed. Possible action item: Create a letter to be submitted to DI to provide input / best practices in order to help grow the Program.

BEST PRACTICE SHARING Updates Ivana Dorin mentioned that with the positive feedback that was received from the recent Benchmarking Workshop held in Santa Ana. Other Business  9/27/17 meeting This meeting to be cut 30 minutes short due to the All Partners Meeting / In person meeting that is being held on 10/2. 
