Agenda: Topic I. Welcome II. Report Back from partners on past topics To ensure all partners feel an issue is resolved and all of us are on the same page we’ll have a standing agenda item for reporting and follow up. • Benchmarking/Strategic Planning report back after speaking with Scot Mann i.e. legacy systems. Deed requirement & new benchmarking portal created by SCE. Deed requirement in process of getting removed. Final and approved language needs to be released by the CEC before any changes are made from SCE. Deed requirement is estimated to be removed by April 2018. Action Item: Jake and Ivana to set up meeting with SCE’s Policy Team •

SCE Budgeting Process Budgeting process is being brought up for 2019. Utilities want to start as early as possible Possible update on this item in next in person meeting in March.

Kim Fuentes (South Bay) to report back on document expressing the concern and support of the project. Identify support from members in the P2P group on retired measures waiver for public sector. This item was held over for the next call as south bay was not the call.

III. Operations (issues, concerns, comments) • Are all implementers having to do separate PO’s for each of their strategic plan items? Some implementers do not have to do separate PO’s because this item was already listed in the formal agreement between utilities to include their Strategic Plan items in the Partnership invoices. VIEW to check with Scott Mann on why we are being told they need separate invoices though they are on an agreement. •

Influence & Measures Webinar LGP / REN cohosted workshop. In preliminary planning phase right now. Ivana will share with the rest of the group once things are set in stone.

SCE 2017 Claimed Savings There is some confusion on what 2017 savings will can be claimed. Some misunderstanding in what deadline(s) pertained to cut-off of accepting rebate applications. Jake (NOCC) to share further information from this their SCE Program Manager once he receives it.

What is our objective/goal for 2018? Courtney asked the group why they participate and continue to participate in the P2P group. Some partners stated that they value input from other partners as well as having a collective voice for LGP Partnerships. Other partners spoke about the valuable input/lessons learned from the P2P group that have been/currently being put to practice in their own partnership. From there the group discussed if there is or should be a goal set for the group for 2018. Samantha stated that continuing to work on the measures waiver and putting our weight behind that would be a very beneficial goal to have for the year. It is an item that effects each partnership to some degree. The group all agreed and will continue that conversation with south bay.

IV. Best Practice Sharing Open floor for any partner to share an example of a best practice, lesson learned or “humble brag” or ask for advice from peers. No items to share in portion. Next in person meeting item for this section: NOCC would like to provide an update / short item on their Partnership website. Other Business • Introduction of LGP Implementers to SCE CAP Members? Talks to continue offline. Next in person meeting: March 28th at SoCal Gas Energy Resource Center Concluded at 4:00 p.m.
