Agenda: Welcome & Roll Call Report Back from partners on past topics To ensure all partners feel an issue is resolved and all of us are on the same page we’ll have a standing agenda item for reporting and follow up. • Retired Measure Waiver Update South Bay COG has met with the CPUC Division representative and they are still coordinating on the issue. No letter has been drafted yet, but information is currently being gathered. Would like to suggest a solution in this letter and then the P2P group can get behind the issue. • SCE Budgeting Update SCE is preparing to roll out the 2019 Budgetary Process which will be like last year’s process. Goal is to be done by June 2018. Potential announcement regarding the process at the in-person meeting. SCE is adding some new metrics. Looking for input from Local Government Partnerships. Action: TEC to ask Utilities on including/providing a list of measures as reference. •

Benchmarking Updates CISR forms are needed to submit for data request on behalf of City facility. Signed form must be submitted from City staff. New CISR forms need to be submitted for forms that are going to expire or already have expired. SCE is removing legacy systems. Ownership requirement/deed will no longer be put in place as of April 2nd. PG&E has a similar platform where they will also be getting rid of their legacy system after a given point in time. Action: Courtney will be working on a letter to be submitted to utilities expressing issue with the benchmarking services. LGP input/support from members would be much appreciated.

Operations (issues, concerns, comments) • Streetlight Rumors/Facts Rumor that Partnerships won’t be able to capture the energy savings from LED retrofit for LS-1 acquisition. SCE has informed some Partnerships of the following: SCE has been asked to do to determine the baseline for streetlights. Short answer, if we have an approved work paper, we can claim savings based on that work paper. If the ISP comes back that LED is standard practice, then the work paper will be updated and there will be no savings or very little. Additionally, CPUC has requested SCE to provide a work paper for their decision whether this is an industry standard practice or not. Courtney has met with Rob Carbajal on this item and he mentioned that this rumor is true. Concern for this item can be illustrated in the following for Partnerships: kWh savings towards tier elevation and Partnership Budget. Continued conversation on this topic will occur as Partnership(s) work with SCE

Invoicing for Labor SCE process for invoicing has taken a while to complete due to the request of adding additional information/narratives. Partners mentioned that a narrative is not requested but monthly minutes from Utility/Partner meetings is provided as reference. Partners reached out and will share samples of their invoices for reference.

Best Practice Sharing Open floor for any partner to share an example of a best practice, lesson learned or “humble brag” or ask for advice from peers. Nothing to report. Other Business • In-Person Meeting 3/28/18 in Downey Please respond to the survey for topic input • SEEC Forum/Funding TEC asked if any other partnerships have had confusion on funds to partner cities to attend SEEC. Partners mentioned that they have not heard any chatter. Will ask this question at the in-person meeting. Concluded at 3:55 p.m.
