LETTER FROM THE EDITOR With the change in seasons comes fresh trends and the chance to try something new, different and exciting. It occured to us that if fashions and trends can change, so must we. So that’s exactly what we’ve done with this latest version of Gorgeous Magazine. I am very excited to present ‘Gorgeous Magazine —The Colour Issue’. It features all the great fashion trends, style tips and retailer info we’re known for, but now we’ve also highlighted this season’s hottest colours. Not sure yellow is for you? Check out our stylist’s video for pro tips. White is always a classic colour and a staple, and we’ll show you the best ways to add it to your wardrobe. Not to be left out are this season’s fashion staples: Sliders: A great way to get comfort and style all in one. They can be paired with shorts for a cool, laid-back cottage vibe or take the plunge and wear them to the office with tailored cropped pants and a blouse. Seen Pharell in sneakers and a designer suit? Then you know the trend is on point. Anything White: Classic no matter what you pair it with — from tops to pants, shoes, hats and handbags. I know I’ll be adding a few keys pieces to my closet. Not sure how to do it? Check out our stylist’s video series for great shopping tips. You’ll soon have total confidence when adding this colour to your wardrobe. Jumpsuits: This 70s throwback is making a big comeback, going everywhere from casual (like watching the kids play soccer), to the office (with the help of a great shoe and blazer), right to Friday nights out with the girls for drinks after work. I’m on the hunt right now for a jumpsuit (or two!) that will work for all three of those options. I hope you’ll enjoy this issue of Gorgeous.
