Before UNH ~ Ates played for Pasco-Hernando Community College for her 2009 and 2010 seasons, where she also played softball. Ates helped her team, the Lady Conquistadors, to a 36-6 record season and a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Championship in 2010. Desiree was selected to the 2010 AVCA and NJCAA All-America First Team and the 2010 NJCAA National All-Tournament Team. Prior to PHCC, she played for Sheldon Williams High School in Canada, where she was named the team MVP for all of her four years. Personal ~ Born May 15, 1991 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada… Daughter of Johnny and Lorraine Ates…Is majoring in family studies.

Before UNH ~ Dameron played for Milton High School. Dameron’s club team, A5 Volleyball Club, advanced to the 2009 and 2010 regional championships, while also finishing second in the 2009 national championships. Delaney was selected to the 2009 5A All-State First Team and was named a Senior All-Star in 2010. Personal ~ Born August 4, 1993 in San Antonio, Texas… Daughter of Dow and Julia Dameron… Is majoring in business… Lists art, snowboarding and hiking as some of her hobbies.
