Junior | Pitcher/Utility | 6-0 | Bats/Throws: R/R Camdenton, Mo. | Northwest Florida State College 2014 Outlook: Colliver adds a valuable arm to the ULM pitching staff. Expect her to be a key part of the Warhawk rotation in 2014. Colliver will have two years of eligibility at ULM. Holloway-Hill on Colliver: “I expect great things out of Jess. She’s one of those pictchers who is a work horse. She expects a lot of herself and is a very, very good leader.” 2012-13 (Sophomore): Attended Northwest Florida State College and earned All-Panhandle Conference honors and named an academic All-American ... Threw three shutouts, including a perfect game ... Led the team with 11 victories ... Faced over 500 batters and surrendered only 14 walks ... Was a force at the plate in limited action ... Had a .323 avg. in 31 at-bats ... Also played first base for the Raiders. 2011-12 (Freshman): Played for Southwest Baptist College and acheived MIAA All-Conference ... Dealt a no-hitter and three shutouts ... Faced 687 batters and yielded just 24 free passes ... Was second on the team in batting avg. (.277) ... Also played first base for the Bearcats. Prep: Attended Camdenton (Mo.) High School ... Was a four-year letterwinner, earning all-conference accolades all four years ... Was the All Ozark Pitcher of the year in two seasons ... 2014 Outlook: Dailey will compete for a starting spot behind the dish. Holloway-Hill on Dailey: “She’s different from all the hitters because she’s a rotational-type hitter. She’s adjusted well and wants to play somewhere. Expect some good things out of her.” Previous School (West Texas A&M): Played two seasons at West Texas A&M ... Hit .408 as a freshman with the Lady Buffs and was part of 79 total wins under Kevin Blaskowski ... Named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2012 ... Recorded a .211 avg. in 2013. Prep: Attended Church Point High School ... Earned four letters in softball and two in both track and volleyball ... Named first-team all-district catcher in 2011 ...
