Assessment and Program structure The assessment policy of the University is based on the participant learning principle, where learning and assessments are conducted through a combination of case studies and coursework which assess the application of knowledge, with less focus on formal examination and learned facts. Some of the courses are based on 100% coursework/home assignments. Students would be informed about the grading structure for each course through the course syllabus that is obligatory delivered to students at the beginning of the program. Grading structure may vary significantly, depending on the course nature. Program structure The program structure depends on the: i) students choice over the specific program (MBA or MBA with certain concentration); and ii) the total number of ECTS credits that a student has earned prior to the enrollment in the program. In particular, students that have previously earned 240 ECTS (equivalent to 4-years studies) can enroll to a one-year program in general MBA.* However, if they would like to earn a “MBA with concentration I n…” degree, they need to take two additional courses in the specific concentration. Additional courses are charged with a special discount. On the other hand, students that have previously earned 180 ECTS (equivalent to 3-years studies) can enroll only to the two-year program that is MBA with certain concentration. Those students would undertake two years of study, of which one in general MBA courses and one in specific courses for the chosen concentration.

*The program can last two to three semesters, depending on the student's availability for courses and course work.
