Our unique site is a blank canvas that can be decorated to fit any occasion. The bold columns, whimsical spiral staircase, balcony, and catwalk in the two-story atrium, create an unanticipated stunning venue. The waterfront’s brick terraces may be tented to provide you with an outdoor option overlooking the Potomac River.

Special events held at the Torpedo Factory Art Center may be scheduled during times when the art center is closed to the public. Available hours are daily 5pm to 1am, including set up and break down. Availability of space during hours other than the above may be considered, but is subject to the activities of the art center.
reservations & deposits
Event rentals range from $1500 to $6000+. Hourly options on select weeknights. Reservations are secured upon receipt of contract and deposit.
