“It’s simple the ads tell you! By now, you already know the exercises, the tricks, for sure, you heard it all … except you still don’t have it.”
There are only two kinds of six pack owners, you are either a Fitness G.I. Joe or a Performance Rambo. First one is always on some strict diet [has wet dreams about a cake but can’t have one], second one can order whatever as long as he doesn’t get crazy while doing so. Give me one of those six packs, oh … and a pancake too! Here is how much this will cost you: You are able to run 7.5 to 8 miles in 60 min without a major effort You can do at least 15 strict [no kipping] pull ups You can do at least 50 [chin to the floor] push ups If you can do those three things I assure you it’s not possible to not have a visible six pack, no matter what your bodyweight is …and forget all abs exercises, you do not need any of them. Trust me, this test will never fail you! Give me one of those six packs fast, I’ll do whatever! Measure your current body fat [BF], to have a visible six pack you must go bellow 10%, if you are lucky maybe 12% could be enough If you want your six pack to last, aim to loosing no more then 3% of BF in a month …yeah I know, this sucks Yep, you should probably not order any pancake just yet …don’t diet, just try to eat healthy, keep it simple Forget about abs exercises all together, improve your overall athletic performance any [safe] way you know and can …then improve it again, and again …go nuts here! You can’t …well GOOD LUCK waiting for a miracle : )
