In March 2001, Toledo police issued two rape warrants and two sex assault warrants against Davis Lee Skelly. Skelly fled the Toledo area and his whereabouts are unknown to this day. Many police agencies in the Toledo area have put numerous investigative hours into this case, all which have led to deadend leads or false sightings. Speculation is that Skelly is possibly deceased, but that has not been proven. Any person with information WILL BE kept strictly confidential and receive a cash reward based on information that leads to Skelly’s capture. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force will go anywhere in the country to capture Skelly.
