Sexual assault: crimes involving unwanted sexual contact or rape.

Kennedy was convicted of Theft of Government Property and sentenced to 40 months in custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. When he was released, he was placed at the Volunteers of America (VOA) Residential Reentry Center in Toledo, Ohio. On July 29, 2020, Kennedy did not return from a scheduled appointment and has absconded. The USMS is asking for the public’s assistance in the location of Kennedy and he should be considered dangerous. Kennedy could still be in the Toledo, Ohio area. Kennedy is 6’4, 350lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is also known to use several alias names. If anyone has any information on the location of Kennedy, do not approach him.
