Modeerska Huset - a kid‘s fashion label from Sweden!
Jenny Modéer founded the company Modeerska Huset in January 2011 and has just launched her first Autumn/ Winter collection 2011. The roots of Modeerska Huset are in a little rural town called Mönsterås in the county of Småland in Sweden. The new label is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Modeerska Huset makes fashion for playing, fantasizing, fantastic children - with loads of hand drawn prints in marvelous colors. The garments are designed for comfort, safety and to suit the various seasons of the year. Environmentally friendly is sustainable! MODÉERSKA HUSET makes fashionable, exclusive children‘s clothes of high quality with as little environmental impact as possible, so therefore the materials used are of 100% certified organic cotton or organic cotton mixed with other environmentally friendly materials such as bamboo. MODÉERSKA HUSET avoids unnecessary bleaching for their prints. The fabrics are printed and the garments sewn in a small Swedish factory in Indonesia that maintains a high quality and where it‘s possible to keep the production exclusive by limited editions.
