Nondiscriminatory Policy Statement

More than $3.7 million in financial aid is granted to students from all grade levels. Admitted students are eligible for financial aid based on their family’s demonstrated need. Families currently receiving aid must submit an application each year. Families applying for financial aid for the first time should visit our website (www.lovett.org) to learn about the requirements.

Tuition is payable in accordance with the terms outlined in the enrollment contract. Refunds of tuition or cancellation of unpaid charges will not be made upon absence, withdrawal, or dismissal.

Tuition billing is posted online each month. Only the bills for the first and second tuition payments—due July 1 and November 1—will continue to be available both electronically and mailed. To access your statement, log in to NetClassroom (where you access grades) and select Billing.

Tuition includes lunch and Lovett Parent Association membership. All other charges will be itemized when billed. Past-due accounts are subject to an interest charge of 1.5 percent per month (18 percent APR), and there is a $35 fee charged for all returned payments. *The deposit is due on or before February 28; the first payment is due on or before July 1; and the second payment is due on or before November 1.

**Tuition Refund Insurance (TRI) is a program made available to parents to insure a pro-rata refund of tuition in the event of withdrawal. More information on this program is provided by the Business Office.

An education from The Lovett School is an investment in your child’s future. We realize, however, that education costs are a significant financial commitment and may be a challenge for many families.
