• Place your desired amount of Hot Chocolate in your favourite mug and fill with hot milk. • Pour double cream in over the back of a tea spoon and allow it to settle. • Sprinke chocolate chips & marshmallows on top. • Perfection!

How to make The Ultimate Hot Chocolate

Looking for a private venue for a special occasion? Carrick’s treasure – the elegant and beautiful

Serves 6 Ingredients:

1 pint of double cream – whipped 6 meringue nests – broken into pieces 3-4 cups of strawberries (prepare the berries 2 to 4 hours before serving and chill for some time)

.

Place sliced strawberries, meringue and whipped cream into a large mixing bowl. Fold together gently.

Place in dessert bowl & chill.
