Director of Operations

Davenport is in his first season as TCUʼs Director of Soccer Operations. Prior to TCU, Davenport was a volunteer assistant coach at Texas A&M-Commerce where he graduated from with a sport-management degree in 2008. He holds a 'D' Coaching License from the United States Soccer Federation.

Andrea

Associate Athletics Director for Compliance

Andrea Nordmann joined the TCU staff in 2007 as Associate Athletics Director for Compliance.

Nordmann came to the Horned Frogs after serving as the assistant director of compliance for financial aid at the University of Miami (Fla.). She spent six years with the Hurricanes. In June 2003, she was promoted from compliance coordinator to her current position.

A 1993 graduate of Bowling Green State, Nordmann was a member of the Falconʼs womenʼs basketball team. She later played professionally in Belgium. After her playing career ended, Nordmann served two seasons as an assistant womenʼs basketball coach at Central Michigan. She then moved on to Eastern Michigan as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator from 1998-01. She received a Masterʼs of Business Administration from Bowling Green State in 1999.

Matt

Media Relations Contact

Matt Hoover is in his third season as Coordinator of Media Relations at TCU. Hoover came to TCU from South Dakota State University, where he served as a graduate assistant from 2005-07. At TCU, Hoover is the main contact for women's soccer, men's and women's cross country, equestrian and men's and women's track and field.

This past summer, Hooverʼs 2009 Track and Field Media Guide was named the second-best multi-sport guide in the nation by CoSida, while his 2008 womenʼs soccer guide finished as the No. 9 ranked womenʼs soccer media guide in the country. A native of Elkhorn, Neb., Hoover graduated from South Dakota State in 2005 and received his Master's degree in mass communications/journalism two years later in Brookings. At SDSU, Hoover oversaw the Jackrabbits, women's soccer, wrestling, men's and women's tennis, equestrian and men's and women's track and field programs.

Zack

Marketing Contact

Zack Kulesz is in his third year as Assistant Director of Athletics Marketing. In addition to handling marketing for the Lady Frog soccer program, he also serves as the point person for TCU baseball as well as TCU footballʼs pre-game family oriented tailgating area, Frog Alley, while also assisting with womenʼs basketball.

A native of Arlington, Texas, Kulesz graduated from Baylor University in 2005 with a degree in Telecommunications and Journalism/PR. After graduation, he worked for the Kansas City Royals AA affiliate Wichita Wranglers in 2006 as the marketing and media relations associate. He came to TCU from the Atlantic Sun Conference in Macon, Ga., where he was the communications and championships assistant. Kulesz was married to his wife, Lauren, in July of 2008. The couple resides in Arlington.

Kim

Associate Athletics Director/Senior Woman Administrator

Kim Johnson came to TCU in May 2008 as Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator.

Johnson joined the Horned Frogs after working the previous three years at the University of Alabama. She was the assistant director of compliance for two years before being promoted to assistant athletics director. With the Crimson Tide, Johnson's myriad of responsibilities included compliance, eligibility and overseeing the CHAMPS/Life Skills program. She was also the department liaison to the Office of Admissions and Housing and Residential Services.

Prior to arriving in Tuscaloosa in May 2005, Johnson worked one year as the assistant director of compliance at Tulane University. Included among her duties were managing the admissions process for 15 sports and overseeing the financial aid requirements for the NCAA. Johnson is a 2001 graduate of Northwestern University, where she received a degree in communications.

Upon her graduation, Johnson was hired by Northwestern as a compliance assistant. She worked three years at her alma mater before heading to Tulane. Johnson received a Master's of Science degree in human environmental science with a sport management emphasis from Alabama in December 2007.

Chris

Director of Athletic Academic Services

Uchacz joined the TCU Athletic Department staff in June of 2004 and is now entering his sixth year as the Director of the Athletic Academic Services Office.

He is responsible for oversight of all facets of the AASO and its various professional staff who all have a common goal of graduating and maintaining NCAA eligibility for over 450 student-athletes representing 20 Division I-A sport programs. Uchacz is also responsible for the oversight of the Departmental APR, continuing eligibility/NCAA certification, the Summer School/5th Year Aid program, and Housing for all Horned Frog student-athletes.

Prior to arriving at TCU, Uchacz spent the previous five years at The University of Texas-Pan American where he served as the Assistant Athletics Director for Academic Support & Student Services. Prior to working at UTPA Uchacz worked at the University of Illinois as an Academic Advisor overseeing a variety of sports.

Uchacz received an Honors Degree in Physical Education from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario where he competed as a student-athlete in both soccer and crew. He completed a Master's Degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Illinois where he is studying the interrelationship between sport, global culture, and the Internet.

Lauren

Women’s Soccer Trainer

Lauren Crawford is in her third year at TCU after serving a year as assistant athletic trainer at Highland High School in Gilbert, Ariz.

Crawford received her undergraduate degree in athletic training and her masterʼs in secondary education from Northern Arizona University. Crawford has been a certified athletic trainer for two years and passed the Texas licensure in December of 2007.
