HORNED FROG ROAD SHOW
TCU played 20 matches away from home this season and was an impressive 17-3 when competing off its home court. 4The 17 wins included an 8-2 mark in true away matches and a 9-1 record in
matches played on a neutral court.
4TCU broke the previous school record for wins (16) away from home, set in
the 2009 season. That year, the Frogs had nine wins in away matches and seven at neutral sites. 4In its early season tournaments, TCU went to Dallas for the SMU Doubletree
Invitational, as well as Villanova, Pa., for the Villanova Classic. In those two events, the Frogs had a 6-0 record. 4This season, TCU travels to Nashville for the Belmont Invitational and
to Arizona for the Wildcat Classic before starting play in the tough Big 12 Conference.

In 2011, TCU saw seven of the top 10 attendance marks in TCU history as Frog fans packed the University Recreation Center at record levels. 4A school-record 20,806 passed through the Rec Center doors in 2011. 4TCU set an all-time school record when 2,166 attended TCU’s Sept. 20 match
against Texas.

TCU senior Meghan Horio, who has moved to libero this season, to fill the void of Sarah Joeckel has appeared in 97-straight matches for the Horned Frogs, the longest active streak of any Frog. 4Appeared in every match of her TCU career, dating back to 2009 4Tied for sixth all-time at TCU for consecutive matches played 4Horio sits seven matches out of fifth all-time at TCU and 30 out of first. The
2012 schedule features 29 matches.

While 2012 is TCU’s first season of competition in the Big 12, the Horned Frogs have faced off with six of their future eight conference foes. THE WEST VIRGINIA CONNECTION
West Virginia head coach Jill Kramer was a four-year letterwinner at TCU and was one of the original members of TCU’s inaugural volleyball team. She was among the 1999 class that was the first to complete four years of play for the TCU volleyball program. Formerly Jill Pape, Kramer still holds TCU’s records for kills and attacks in a caeer.
