“I, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pranee Sungkatavat, Distinguished Member of the University Council, Acting President of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, hereby express my intention in management and operation for Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. I will take the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy and the Royal Proclamation of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, and the Royal Proclamation of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua as a principle of life and work operation. I will carry out my duties and responsibilities with honest, integrity, transparency and accountability for the common benefits. Moreover, I will work with good intention, politeness and discipline, and I will be free of prejudice, justified with others, honor all levels of the colleagues and I will not tolerate with all kinds of misconduct.
I will lead all staff of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University to work with full capacity, and follow the personnel ethics in accordance with the six aspects; culture and communication in the workplace, according to the integrity and transparency policy in the operation of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University.�
