Man’s Best Friend Basic Dog Obedience Class

The German Shepherd Dog Club of St. Louis trains adult dogs and puppies of all breeds and mixes. Our training approach is positive. You’ll learn how to “mark” desired behaviors and when and how to make a firm correction with a lead and training collar. Class size is limited. Bring small, soft treats to class. A training collar and 6’ lead is required. To register, visit GermanShepherdTrainer@yahoo.com or call Dannie at (314) 319-8485 for more information.

Scavenge Through the Night

History buffs, adventurers, and anyone who is just looking for something different will find a new challenge awaiting them on our scavenger style hunt of Jefferson Barracks. Comb trails and historic buildings in your search for answers. The evening begins at the Ordnance Room with an old fashion “weenie roast” and it ends with prizes for the best teams. Don’t forget your flashlight and pencil, and then leave the rest to us. Advanced registration is required by calling (314) 615-4386. Age
