ENOCH B. MORELOCK AWARD The Executive Committee of the Law Enforcement Coordinating is seeking nominations for the Enoch B. Morelock Award. Criteria for the award is: outstanding moral character, service to law enforcement and to the community outside of law enforcement. Nomination on plain paper should include, officers name, supervisors name, a narrative of their accomplishments, attach any reports or news articles and why you believe they should be considered for this award.
