Understanding “Email and SMS Notification” Magento modules helps store owners to send SMS and Email notifications to customers when they place order, when their order ships and update them with tracking information.

Features     

SMS with Twilio api SMS to customers when order is placed, shipped and completed Mail to any email id Mail to any customer Mail to multiple or all customers

System Requirements Magento 1.5 and Higher.

Steps to be Taken for Installation >>Step-1. Login with your Magento admin.

>>Step-2. Go to system -> Magento Connect -> Magento Connect Manager

>>Step- 3. Login with Magento Connect Manager (with your Magento admin credentials)

>>Step-4. Upload package file (purchased file) in direct package file upload section and click on upload.

>>Step-5. Return to Magento admin and clear cache from System -> Cache Management

>>Step-6. Logout from Magento admin and re-login.

How This Extension Works at Back End? >>Step-1. After installation change General Settings at back end  Set Enable Extension as YES  Enable conditions for which you want to send SMS and also set format for this

>>Step-7. Go to Messages>> Send Email to Customers Click on Send Email to customers if you want to send Email only to your customers.

>>Step-8. You can send Email to single, multiple or all customers

>>Step-9. Fill the details and send Email to your customer
